A:The battery maynot be connected with the ride on car properly. Please make sure to follow the instructions on the attention cards. Charge the ride on car 12-20 hours, not over 20 hours.
Q2. What can we do if the battery cannot be recharged ?
A:Check the battery connectors are firmly plugged into each other.
Check if charger is woking or plugged into.
If charger is ok and connectors are firmly plugged into, then replace the battery.
Q3.How to paire the remote control with the ride on cars?
A:First follow the instruction on the remote control manuals, open the remote control, when the light is flashing, open the ride on car.
